Published sessions

Manage your available, pending and booked sessions here.

Share your booking page

Send customers your direct link so they can see available sessions and request a booking. Requests stay pending until you approve them.

Release availability

Times are converted from your device's local timezone. Overlapping active slots for the same coach are prevented by the staging database.

Once published, manage your sessions on the Sessions tab.

Booking requests

Pending requests appear first. Check for new requests any time, or review previous decisions. Cancel confirmed upcoming bookings from Sessions.

Approve to confirm a booking, or decline to release the slot. Every customer request stays pending until you decide. SESSN sends customer notifications automatically after a decision. If delivery fails, use Email customer to send a manual backup.
